Ginita Bodani is an Associate Partner and part of the firm’s Tax practice.

Ginita has nearly a decade of experience in providing advisory as well as litigation assistance and support to clients for all forms of indirect taxes including GST, Service tax, Central Excise laws, Customs, VAT, and Foreign Trade Policy.

She has worked with clients across various sectors such as infrastructure, textile, metal, financial services, asset management, insurance, finance services and telecom. Ginita regularly represents clients in proceedings before various quasi-judicial and judicial forums. She has also advised clients in structuring transactions from a tax optimization perspective and has been a part of various advocacy related initiatives before Government Authorities.

Prior to her journey in ELP, she worked with PwC from October 2008 to December 2012. Ginita holds an LL.B from the University of Mumbai
