Varun Parmar is an Associate Partner in the Tax practice of ELP focusing on indirect taxes.
Varun has over 9 years of experience in advising clients on variety of Indirect Tax assignments involving structuring and optimizing tax impact, assisting clients on GST related advisory and compliances, undertaking health check reviews, providing litigation support, tax due diligence.
Varun has also been involved in representing clients before GST policy wing and undertaken functional testing and provided inputs for in house tools developed for GST compliances.
He specializes in advising the travel & tourism, information technology and financial services sectors.
Prior to ELP, Varun served with Ernst & Young. Varun holds an LLB and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
