Gourav Sogani is a Director in the Tax practice at ELP.
Gourav has handled various tax matters covering all aspects of Indirect taxes including customs, excise, service tax, sales tax and foreign trade policy. With over a decade of experience, Gourav actively engages in providing advisory and legal services to various multinational and domestic companies. He has advised clients across various sectors including real estate, EPC and manufacturing, amongst others, on GST transition.
Prior to joining ELP, Gourav worked with an Investment Banking firm in the legal and taxation domains. A Chartered Accountant, he is currently pursuing his law degree from the University of Mumbai.
