Sahil Kothari is an Associate Partner in the Taxation practice of Economic Laws Practice, Mumbai. A Chartered Accountant and lawyer, Sahil is a proficient taxation and trade practitioner. Sahil’s area of expertise includes Indirect Taxation, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, Import and Export controls, Trade regulations and Make-in-India policies.
He has advised a wide range of clients ranging from multinational Companies, Indian conglomerates as well as start-ups. Sahil has been actively providing tax consultancy, strategic advisory and litigation support to clients. Additionally, Sahil has been actively involved in policy representational before various Ministries and Department of the Government of India.
