Krutika Kale

Krutika Kale is an Associate Partner in the Tax practice at ELP and is based in Pune. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from Pune University. Krutika has close to 10 years of experience in rendering Indirect tax advisory, transactional and litigation services to various multinational companies. Krutika has experience in relation to Indirect tax transaction advisory, contract reviews, structuring assistance, tax optimization, due diligence review, compliance assistance, litigation support and industrial incentive related support amongst others.

She regularly advises clients on Goods and Services Tax, Customs, Excise, Service tax, VAT and Foreign Trade Policy related matters and has also assisted several companies in their transition to the GST regime.

She works with Fortune 500 Companies and Indian Conglomerates across sectors including Real Estate, Software, Insurance, Financial Services, Telecom, Automobile, Manufacture, Infrastructure projects among others.

Krutika regularly authors articles on GST for several tax publications.
