His practice spans a comprehensive range of direct and indirect tax laws, including income tax, GST, customs law, foreign trade policy, and legacy regimes such as service tax, excise, and VAT. He also advises on export control regulations, FEMA, PMLA, tax policy matters, and various government-driven initiatives.
Pranav regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, several High Courts, tribunals, and other quasi-judicial authorities. He also advises clients during financial and tax investigations and provides nuanced guidance on complex tax positions and regulatory risks.
He has worked extensively across sectors such as consumer electronics, information technology, media & entertainment, food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, and petrochemicals. His sector-agnostic approach and deep legal insight have enabled him to advise Fortune 500 companies, leading Indian conglomerates, and emerging startups alike.
