Kshitij Parikh is an Associate Partner in the Tax practice at ELP, based in Mumbai. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
Kshitij brings over 13 years of extensive experience in indirect taxation, advising clients on tax structuring, compliance, and litigation support. His expertise spans handling departmental audits, tax due diligence, tax technology (including e-invoicing), Foreign Trade Policy advisory, policy advocacy, and refund matters. He has also assisted several multinational corporations in their transition to the GST regime.
His areas of specialisation include advising clients across sectors such as e-commerce, car leasing, pharmaceuticals, and Indian Railways.
Prior to joining ELP, Kshitij has worked with B S R & Company (a KPMG member firm) and BDO India.
