Saurabh Dugar is an Associate Partner in the Taxation practice at Economic Laws Practice and is based out of Noida (Delhi NCR). A Chartered Accountant and a lawyer, Saurabh focuses primarily on Indirect Taxes legislation in India, including GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, Export Control and Trade laws, as well as erstwhile Excise, Service Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT).

Saurabh has extensive experience across multiple sectors, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, oil and gas, metals and mining, automotive, and e-commerce.

Saurabh has experience in advising various multinationals in relation to Indirect tax transaction advisory, structuring assistance, tax optimization, due diligence review, litigation support and Government advocacy (representations) support among others. Saurabh has successfully represented clients in high stake matters before various quasi-judicial forums and different jurisdictional High Courts.

Prior to joining ELP, Saurabh worked at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan in the International Trade and Customs practice.
