Shrinkhla Gupta is an Associate Partner in the International Trade & Customs practice at ELP.

She has represented domestic producers, exporters, importers, user industries, industry associations, foreign governments, and government bodies in anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard investigations before Indian authorities. She has also advised and represented Indian exporters in trade remedy proceedings before overseas authorities, including the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Her experience spans across sectors including steel and other metals, chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, paper, and renewable energy. She regularly advises clients from jurisdictions including the United States, Korea, Japan, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Singapore, and the European Union.
Beyond trade remedies, Shrinkhla advises on customs disputes, market-access issues, free trade agreement-related matters, and regulatory issues arising under India’s foreign trade framework. Drawing on her background as a Chartered Accountant, she brings significant expertise in financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and complex trade-related investigations.
