Kirti Bhoite is an Associate Partner in the Tax, Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice at ELP and is based out of Pune.

Kirti brings more than a decade of experience in providing tax advisory, transactional, and litigation services to a diverse clientele, including multinational companies in industries such as FMCG, automotive, pharmaceuticals, real estate, IT hardware and software, airlines, and other service sectors.

Additionally, Kirti has represented numerous multinational companies in various judicial fora across India, including jurisdictional High Courts and Tribunals. Her work covers a broad spectrum of indirect taxes such as GST, Customs, Excise, Service Tax, VAT/Sales Tax, Entry Tax, FEMA, PMLA, Anti-Profiteering, and Income Tax. Her efforts have contributed to numerous landmark and widely reported decisions.

Kirti is also actively involved in leading meetings with general counsels and in-house legal teams, formulating legal strategies, drafting pleadings, appearing and arguing on behalf of clients.
