Rinkey Jassuja is an Associate Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of ELP.
Rinkey is a qualified Chartered Accountant (AIR 8) and a law graduate with over 9 years of post-qualification experience in the field of tax litigation. She also holds a LLB degree from KC Law College.
Rinkey advises clients on all forms of indirect taxes including customs, excise, sales tax/ VAT, service tax, GST and foreign trade policy. She has worked successfully with clients across various sectors including oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, heavy engineering, FMCG, logistics and petrochemicals.
Rinkey regularly represents clients before various judicial fora including High Courts and tribunals, which has resulted in several reported decisions. She has played an instrumental role in procuring favorable orders for several multi-national clients involving complex legal issues.
Prior to joining ELP, Rinkey served with PDS Legal in their litigation team.
