Hardik Modh is a Partner in the Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution team of ELPand is based in Ahmedabad.
Hardik renders litigation and advisory services in Indirect Taxation, commercial litigation, and white-collar criminal offences and represents clients before various Statutory Authorities, Tribunals, Consumer Forum, Civil Courts and High Courts. He has over 13 years’ experience in rendering such services and has successfully handled various cases in these areas.
Hardik regularly authors articles and presents seminars on regulatory and litigation issues related to indirect tax.
Hardik has been ranked as a Highly Regarded Tax Practitioner in International Tax Review’s Tax Controversy Leaders Guide, 2020-24.
Prior to ELP, he worked with Mr. R. V. Desai, Senior Advocate; Mr. Vikram Nankani, Senior Advocate; and then shifted to Ahmedabad and started his own practice.
