Amit Laddha is an Associate Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of ELP, Ahmedabad.
Amit handles a wide range of litigations, encompassing Indirect Taxation, General Corporate Disputes, Commercial Litigation, and Contractual Disputes. With an impressive track record, he has successfully represented numerous Fortune 500 Companies and Indian conglomerates across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, information technology, gems & jewellery, and real estate. In addition to formulating robust litigation strategies, he provides valuable assistance to clients throughout their legal proceedings.
Amit has appeared extensively before various judicial, quasi-judicial forums and Tribunals including the High Court, District Court, Consumer Courts, NCLT, CESTAT, VAT Tribunal and various adjudicating authorities. Additionally, he also assists clients on issues relating to search, audit, investigations, economic offences and white-collar crimes.
Prior to joining ELP, he served with the chamber of Mr. Shreedhar Purohit (Retd. Judge) and had practised before the Principal Bench of High Court of Rajasthan and District Court.
A dual qualified Advocate and Company Secretary, Amit is registered with the Bar Council of Gujarat.
