Arpan has over 10 years of experience in handling arbitration, civil recovery matters, winding up petitions, and related commercial matters before High Court of Delhi and District Courts spread across various states. He actively represents clients before the Delhi High Court, District Courts across states, National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
Arpan has represented and advised Clients on different facets of Civil and Commercial Law in domestic and International Arbitration(s), independently and/or as a co-counsel. He has also acted as a co- counsel in ICC Arbitrations.
Arpan has represented and advised Clients on a wide array of issue(s) from Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Renewable Purchase Obligations, Provident Fund compliances, encashment of Bank Guarantees (Mining Industry), Electricity Act, 2003 to cheque dishonour cases, criminal liability of Independent Directors etc. With over 10 years of experience in litigation, Arpan is able to offer valuable inputs and a well- rounded approach in matters pertaining to recovery and other contractual disputes.
