Overview

Shailesh Poria is part of the Dispute Resolution practice at ELP, Mumbai. Shailesh completed his law from Government Law College, Mumbai and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2006. With over 12 years of experience, he is proficient in handling corporate and contractual disputes, real estate litigation, Intellectual Property matters and consumer disputes. Shailesh has advised and represented clients across various Courts, Tribunals and other quasi-judicial authorities as well as represented clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations.

Shailesh Poria is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice of ELP. With over 16 years of experience, he is proficient in handling corporate and contractual disputes, real estate litigation, Intellectual Property matters and consumer disputes. Shailesh has advised and represented clients across various Courts, Tribunals and other quasi-judicial authorities as well as represented clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations.

Prior to joining ELP, Shailesh was heading one of the Dispute Resolution Teams at Hariani & Co.

Shailesh has been recognized as recommended for his expertise in restructuring and insolvency by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific. He has been recognized as Notable Practitioner for restructuring and insolvency in by The IFLR1000 Asia-Pacific guide.

Shailesh is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2006.
