Devyani Singh is a Director at ELP and a part of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Private Equity practices.
Devyani brings with her over 15 years of extensive experience in advising clients on corporate commercial transactional and advisory work and has assisted clients in various sectors including information technology, manufacturing and renewable energy.
Her work has included advising clients on structuring of their transactions in India, advising, negotiating and concluding different forms of commercial transactions such as business transfer agreements, joint venture agreements, investment and exit agreements.
Prior to ELP, Devyani served with Cyril Amarchand & Mangaldas in their Corporate & Commercial team.
An alumnus of Symbiosis Society’s Law College, Pune, Devyani is a qualified resolution professional, registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
