Sukirti Singh is an Associate Partner in the Corporate & Commercial practice of ELP.
She has over 9 years of post-qualification experience in the field of corporate & commercial advisory and litigation. Her experience ranges from corporate advisory, varied agreements, compliances and litigation management.
During her initial years, She was part of litigation team at Paras Kuhad & Associates and CAM (part of Pharma & Healthcare Team) regularly representing clients before various judicial fora including High Courts, NCLT and tribunals before moving to in-house legal team successfully and delivering strategic and operational legal and business solutions.
Prior to joining ELP, she was part of Associate Director at Ola responsible for managing legal affairs, corporate governance & consulting, regulatory & licensing, managing compliances and litigation across India.
