Sanjit is a Partner in ELP’s Corporate and Commercial team.
With over three decades of in-house experience, Sanjit has deep expertise in the areas of legal affairs, corporate governance & consulting, regulatory & licensing, managing risks and compliances, litigation and environment management across sectors.
He has been managing in-house legal teams successfully and delivering strategic and operational legal and business solutions. Adept at facilitating both organizational and people growth, building cohesive teams, and driving cross-functional collaboration, Sanjit has worked closely with other business functions to achieve the organization’s objectives.
His career includes pivotal roles at Ola Electric (3+ years), UB Group (10 years), Vodafone (8+ years), Dow Chemical (2 years), Syngenta (4+ years) and Johnson & Johnson (3 years), where he garnered extensive experience an in-house counsel.
A graduate of University Law College, Bangalore, Sanjit brings extensive experience in the corporate commercial sector. He also offers significant expertise in handling economic offences, including cases under COFEPOSA, FERA, and other white-collar crimes. Additionally, his background in civil litigation is extensive, having represented clients before High Courts and various judicial fora.
