-Deferment of advisory to report invoice on IRP portal within 7 days.

-Guidelines have been issued for special all-India drive for identification of fraudulent GSTINs

-CBIC notifies manner of issue of duty credit for goods exported under the RoSCTL Scheme under Foreign Trade Policy, 2023

-Customs Notification issued to implement the “Amnesty Scheme for one time settlement of default in export obligation by Advance and EPCG authorization holders” notified by DGFT.

-Games of skill played with or without stakes are not gambling and are therefore outside the scope of the term “supply”

-SCN which was based on GST Audit observation is premature and liable to be quashed
