Nirali Shah is an Associate Partner in the Real Estate practice of ELP.
With over a decade of dedicated experience in the field, she advises on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, spanning redevelopment, acquisitions, and complex due diligence mandates involving both city and agricultural lands.
Nirali regularly assists clients across the full lifecycle of real estate projects and has extensive experience navigating matters involving MCGM land, MIDC properties, SRA projects, redevelopment of Pagadi properties and co-operative housing societies, lands being developed under IT/ITES policies, integrated township projects, RERA projects etc.
Her work includes advising and structuring transactions, undertaking comprehensive due diligence exercise, drafting the definitive documents and facilitating transactional closings.
Nirali has worked with developers, promoters, educational institutions, hospitals, charitable institutions, funds, financial institutions and individuals and assisted them with advising and structuring transactions, undertaking comprehensive due diligence and risk analysis exercise, drafting the definitive documents and facilitating transactional closings.
