He highlights that the hearing should not be read as a change in legal doctrine, stressing that oral exchanges during arguments do not amount to law and that the Supreme Court has not ruled on any issue yet. He added that the court’s immediate focus seemed to be on information asymmetry and the use of take-it-or-leave-it policies, rather than a concluded view on monopoly-led exploitation.
