The India–UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) entered into force on 15 July 2026. As one of India’s most comprehensive trade agreements to date, it extends beyond tariff liberalization to include commitments on services, government procurement, digital trade, innovation, sustainability and regulatory cooperation.
