In view of the recent Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022 (DPDP Bill), the fourth iteration of India’s draft data protection law, which was released on November 18, Economic Laws Practice (ELP)’s partner Vinay Butani has been quoted in an article by MediaNama, to share his views.
