In this month’s Infrastructure and Energy Digest, we examine the provisions of the Mineral Law Ordinance and its potential impact, the decision of the Delhi High Court in the matter of Rajeev Agarwal v. SECI on Carrying Costs and O&M Expenses after GST Law and in a matter against the NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited, wherein drought was recognized as a force majeure event.
