Platforms wary as voluntary BIS standard comes to e-user reviews

    • The Bureau of Indian Standards has published the guidelines for online platforms that publish consumer reviews which could result in higher costs.

    They are meant to fight the menace of fake online reviews by providing ways to verify the ‘review author’ and establish authenticity.
