On October 7, 2024, the DGFT issued Public Notice No. 26/2024-2025 expanding the list of items that fall under the purview of GAICT. Particularly, the DGFT amended Appendix 10M in order to exclude certain items falling under it, thereby bringing them under the ambit of GAICT.
