IFSCA has issued a consultation paper proposing to replace the IFSCA (Setting up and Operation of International Branch Campuses and Offshore Education Centres) Regulations, 2022 with the IFSCA (Setting up and Operation of International Branch Campuses) Regulations, 2026.
