Economic Laws Practice’s Naresh Thacker and Alok Jain were invited as speakers on the ‘Construction Laws Series: Managing Ground Condition Claims (A Masterclass with International, Indian and Technical experts)’. Discussing the India Perspective, Naresh & Alok spoke on, foreseeability of site conditions and risk allocations; ground condition clause from existing contracts from media; variations in risk allocations between Indian contract and FIDIC forms; treatment in Foreign court as well as under Indian Law and the Dos and Don’ts commencing from the date of publication of Notice Inviting Tenders.
