The International Financial Services Centres Authority (𝐈𝐅𝐒𝐂𝐀), through its circular dated April 1, 2026, has introduced a mandatory certification requirement for employees of Fund Management Entities who are engaged in core fund management activities.
We have reviewed and analysed the aforementioned circular in this Update.
