The International Financial Services Centres Authority has released a Consultation Paper on 17 October 2025, proposing various amendments to the IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2025 (FM Regulations). These amendments are intended to improve ease of doing business, enhancing regulatory safeguards, and provide drafting and intent clarifications to the FM Regulations.
