In addition to names, addresses and other demographic data, more personal information, relating to health and personal preferences of guests is also collected by hotels. This needs to be carefully examined amongst the backdrop of data privacy threats and monetizing this data. Against this backdrop Aakanksha and Megha have authored an article on this issue.
