SEBI has amended the SEBI (Foreign Portfolio Investors) Regulations, 2019 to, inter alia, facilitate the outflow of funds from India Mutual Funds and Indian promoters of fund management entities in IFSC-GIFT, to Foreign Portfolio Investors.
