In light of recent events which drew attention on moonlighting, several laws have been referred to as grounds to allow/disallow the concept of moonlighting . Moonlighting refers to working on a second job, despite having a full-time job. On the account of three hundred employees being fired by an IT company, people have divided views on the topic.
