As the temporary Section 122 tariffs expire, the U.S. has finalised its Section 301 action on imports from 60 economies relating to forced labour import prohibitions. 

India has moved from the proposed 12.5% tariff category to the 10% category, but the final outcome is more nuanced than the headline rate alone suggests, with certain other economies continuing to benefit from additional flexibilities.
