Successfully represented Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd. in an international commercial arbitration involving a principal debtor and a foreign guarantor that resulted in an award in excess of USD 65 million dollars in favor of the client. The matter involved issues of cross border insolvency/bankruptcy, shareholder rights and duties and the interplay between insolvency laws and arbitral proceedings.
