Appeared on behalf of both content owners and international collecting societies before the Ld. Intellectual Property Appellate Board in the first ever statutory licensing applications that were filed by radio broadcasters under the Copyright Act, 1957 in September 2020. Indeed, also appeared on behalf of interested parties in the appeals emanating therefrom, along with the second round of statutory licensing applications preferred radio broadcasters before the Ld. Intellectual Property Division of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
