Geeta has led many complex, nuanced deals by various conglomerates on capital raising transactions which were the first of its kind in various sectors.

Geeta has advised on some of the largest transactions in the Indian capital markets, including the Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSE) ETF; Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Coal India etc. She works closely with leading investment banks in India on various corporate and securities law matters.

Geeta has led transactions that include domestic and international listings of equity, debt and convertible securities, and host private placements and public offerings by issuers across a wide range of industries.

Geeta has been recognized by as a Notable Practitioner for Capital Markets by IFLR1000 and a Recognized Practitioner by Chambers & Partners Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining ELP, Geeta was a Partner at L&L Partners Law Offices, Delhi (formerly Luthra and Luthra Law Offices).
