On April 26, 2023, the Government of India, vide Public Notice No. 10/2023 notified new Appendices and ANF forms for the submission of applications seeking authorization to export SCOMET items from India. This is pursuant to the new Foreign Trade Policy 2023 unveiled by the Government of India on March 31, 2023 for ease of doing business.
