ELP’s update today is on the recently notified Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Amendment Rules, 2021. The government of India has notified certain rules to further to amend the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and has granted certain relaxations. These will have an impact on manufacturers, importers and traders across the country.
