He highlights that at Economic Laws Practice (ELP), increments in 2026 were at 12-22%, depending on seniority and performance. The firm saw growth in hospitality, litigation, labour, real estate and mergers and acquisitions. These areas are expected to remain active from a hiring perspective over the coming year. We did a benchmark study and scaled up salary grids across levels the previous year.
