The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT ) dismissed petitions challenging ICICI Securities delisting process from stock exchanges. NCLAT stated that the appellants failed to demonstrate any illegality in the procedure. In an order, NCLAT said that the appellant does not meet the “10% threshold.
