Our Partner, Vivek Baj has been quoted in The Hindu BusinessLine undefined Line’s latest article, “GST Council likely to focus on easing compliance, procedural reforms in next meeting”, authored by Shishir Sinha.

Mr. Baj noted that the current distinction between goods and services in refund provisions has caused major working capital blockages, suggesting that the GST Council allow refunds of accumulated ITC on input services to improve credit flow and liquidity.
