The January – March 2018 quarter has seen some important events and developments in the Indian competition law space. During this period, the Competition Commission of India passed decisions on vital issues and in key sectors. This quarter the CCI also hosted the 17th Annual ICN Conference in New Delhi from 21 March 2018 to 23 March 2018.
