The Supreme Court, on Wednesday, stayed an order by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) which set aside the insolvency proceedings against beleaguered edtech major Byju’s and had approved its Rs 158.9 crore dues settlement with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
