The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Act, 2018, (available here) has received the President’s assent on 18 January 2018, and will be deemed to have come into force on 23 November 2017. With this, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2017 stands repealed.
