The Report of the Insolvency Law Committee, dated March 26, 2018, has been released by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The Report seeks to overhaul the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, rules and regulations therein, in light of the practical difficulties and various suggestions received from the stakeholders.
