The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 (the “PoSH Act”) came into effect, six years ago in India. Yet, not many organizations in the country are truly prepared to deal with harassment at workplace. ELP is often approached to handle complex cases of sexual harassment and we are often asked queries relating to interpretation and implementation of the PoSH Act.We therefore thought there was merit in discussing via actual case studies the intricacies of dealing with sexual harassment at the workplace.
