India has recognized the risks attached to private virtual assets, therefore along with the G20 nations moved a step closer to developing a coordinated and comprehensive policy approach to deal with the crypto assets by considering macroeconomic and regulatory perspectives. The Economic Times in its latest article, India to align with global jurisdictions to regulate cryptocurrency environs sheds light on this issue, where Stella Joseph, Partner, Economic Laws Practice (ELP)’s views have been sought.
