SEBI, vide its Consultation Paper dated September 11, 2026, proposed measures to clarify the applicability of the IT and Cyber Security framework of Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs) to their subsidiaries, based on their activities, data handling, and infrastructure arrangements.
