In line with the recommendations of the 56th GST Council Meeting to commence the filing of appeals before the GSTAT by the end of September 2025, the Hon’ble Finance Minister, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, launched the GSTAT on 25th September in New Delhi. An advisory has also been issued regarding the staggered manner of filing appeals before the GSTAT.
